SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

How long does delivery take?

All ¡OYE! Originals products are printed on demand and fulfilled within 2-7 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Total delivery time from order to door includes both production and shipping. A tracking link is sent automatically by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all US orders over $75. All shipping rates — including USA, Europe, UK, Mexico, and Canada — are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. You'll receive an automatic email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 7 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@oyeoriginals.com .

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide — including the US, Mexico, Canada, UK, Europe, and beyond. If you're unsure about delivery to your specific location, email us and we'll confirm before you order.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

For orders shipped to Europe and the UK, customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

What sizes do you carry?

All Gildan 5000 ¡OYE! Originals tees are available in S through 5XL — one price for every size, because the cultura fits everyone.

All Comfort Colors 1717 ¡OYE! Originals tees are available in S through 4XL — one price for every size, because the cultura fits everyone.

How do your tees fit?

Our Gildan 5000 tees are unisex and run true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed oversized streetwear fit, we recommend sizing up one size.

Our Comfort Colors 1717 tees are unisex and have a relaxed, looser fit that provides extra comfort and free movement — perfect for streetwear outfits. We recommend sizing up one or two sizes for an oversized look.

I usually wear a Large. What size should I get?

For a standard streetwear fit, order your normal size. If you want that baggy, oversized look, size up one (for Gildan 5000) or two (for Comfort Colors 1717).

Is there a size guide?

Yes — each product page has a full size guide. Click "Size guide" on any product page for exact measurements in inches and centimetres.

Do these shirts feel like they were made for me?

Absolutely. We build around dichos you grew up hearing. No translation needed. If you know what "Ahorita" really means, these were made for you.

What are the tees made from?

All ¡OYE! Originals tees are printed on heavyweight cotton. Soft, durable, and built to be worn. The kind of tee that gets better with every wash.

How does the fabric feel for everyday wear?

Heavyweight and structured. Our Gildan 5000 has that classic "put-together" feel, while Comfort Colors 1717 is washed and relaxed. They drape cleanly and get softer with every wear.

Will these shirts shrink or lose their shape?

No. Pre-shrunk cotton, so the fit you order is the fit you keep. We use premium DTG and DTFlex printing that won't crack, peel, or fade like cheap shirts.

How is the print quality?

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, or for brighter, more detailed designs, DTFlex — a premium, next-generation direct-to-film (DTF) method. Both are the highest quality print methods available. Your design won't crack, peel, or fade with normal washing.

How do I care for my tee?

Turn inside out before washing. Cold wash. Skip the bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Simple. ✅

Are the designs limited edition?

Yes — all ¡OYE! Originals drops are limited runs. Once a design sells out, it doesn't come back. If you see something you love, grab it. Ahorita is not an option here. 😄

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, with tags on. Email us at returns@oyeoriginals.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll sort it out. No drama.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Email us at returns@oyeoriginals.com and we'll arrange an exchange where possible. Please include your order number and the size you need.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

That's on us. Email us at orders@oyeoriginals.com with a photo of the issue and your order number and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Do you refund customs fees for European or UK returns?

No — any customs fees, VAT, or import duties you paid on the original order are non-refundable. We can only refund the cost of the product itself.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Is my payment information secure?

100%. All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted payment system. We never store your card details. Your data is always safe with us.

Do you charge in USD?

Yes — all prices are in USD (unless shown the currency of your country). Your bank will convert to your local currency at checkout if applicable.
